Jeffrey Hartman

Jeff has been in the financial industry going on twenty years. Having a strong belief in the power of relationship building has helped him realize great accomplishments and wide respect among medical professionals and business owners. This success with relationship building led him to adopt this philosophy as I coach and mentor other Financial Planners.

Jeff's dedication and commitment was recognized by AXA Advisors, LLC when they promoted him to Vice President and then shortly thereafter promoted mhim again to Executive Vice President. It was during his time in this role, that he was entrusted with the daily operations and success of one of the largest branches of Financial Advisors in the United States.

In 2013, he made the decision to put his years of experience, knowledge and relationships to the ultimate test. He developed a platform of systems and support upon a completely independent chassis. He is now focused on working with Advisors across the United States providing them the tools, education and support necessary to grow their own practices the way they envision.

Jeff and his wife, Hester, reside in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida with their three daughters. He is heavily involved in his community, including service on the Board for the local YMCA, and Crosswater Community Church. Along with supporting many other charities together with Blessings in a Backpack, Spina Bifida Foundation and the Special Olympics, He is an avid golfer and fisherman, often competing in offshore tournaments with the team “Lit Up.”
